Barbara Küchler
Barbara convinces her customers with her unmistakable feeling for the sweet spot – the point from which development is simple, logical and meaningful. Her solution-oriented questions invite her clients to reflect, think and change, and her unshakable confidence in the potential of people, teams and organisations is so infectious that there is no way around it. On the joint step-by-step development path, she offers very concrete alternative perspectives, views and solution ideas and, if required, she also provides practical support to employees and managers in the development of processes, organisational models, target systems and other management tools.

Gerhard Klein
As an integral consultant, Gerhard is concerned with the optimal interaction of organisational soft- and hard facts along the development of stages. He supports management and staff teams in the development of organisational tools and combines this work in a natural and sensitive way with individual and social development offers. Every now and then a humorous lateral thinker flashes up, who invites his clients to think around the corner with small irritations.

This Tuesday the sensational workshop took place. It was a complete success, without understatement. It was an informative, exciting & entertaining day and was rated very well in my team. Barbara did an excellent job including preparation & presentation. I can only recommend such a cooperation.
From my side, there are only two things I can say: First of all, thank you very much and secondly, I believe that we have all learned something and I can say for my part that I have certainly matured a little personally.
The outside support I had was fantastic. No showmanship, no pseudo-motivation exercises, but comprehensible, effective, hands-on measures.
I thank you very, very much for your and Gerhard's excellent support. I consider today's workshop to be a great success, even though we may only have come a few millimetres closer. I believe that we have succeeded in creating a spark of hope for most of the participants. This can and should be a basis for making further progress.
For me, the process of mission statement development has a very good side effect. We have had very informative discussions with all our internal customers. This was so impressive that we will now do so regularly.
The effect is almost magical!
I am convinced that our moderator spent days and days on our topic. She was prepared for any situation (worst or best case) and was therefore able to allow great flexibility. She got the best out of each one and we certainly did not make it easy for her. Great performance, thank you very much!
A real challenge for all involved. For the first time, conflicts were really being fought out.
I am very satisfied with the results of the working group. The results show that the group has reached a high level of awareness!
